Our Story
We are a German-Icelandic family living on a small farm in South Iceland, surrounded by horses, dogs and a life shaped by nature.
What started as a small idea has grown into a place where we share our passion for horses with guests from all over the world. Whether you come for a riding tour, a lesson, or stay in one of our guest accommodations, we want you to feel welcome, comfortable, and part of our everyday life here.
Working closely with our horses every day, we believe in a calm, respectful and personal approach – for both horses and people.
This is us

Cora Jovanna Claas
Cora was born in Germany and first came to Iceland at the age of 16. From then on, she kept returning – until she eventually decided to stay.
Today, she is a certified riding instructor and horse trainer with over 20 years of experience. Her work is shaped by sensitivity, clarity and a deep understanding of horses, with a strong focus on harmony between horse and rider.

Arnar Bjarki Árnason
Arnar grew up in the Icelandic countryside and has been around animals his whole life. He takes care of everything around the farm and makes sure things run smoothly – from the horses and fields to the many daily tasks. With his calm and steady nature, he is an essential part of everyday life here.

Katla Björk
Katla grew up with the horses and spends as much time as possible with them. She knows our animals well and helps wherever she can – in the stable, with the horses, and around the farm with the dogs and chickens.

Kormákur Tumi
Kormákur is curious, helpful and always involved in what’s going on around the farm. He loves being outdoors, lending a hand, and welcoming our guests – especially the younger ones.

Dreki
Dreki is our little whirlwind – quick, alert and always in the middle of everything. He has a strong personality and brings a lot of energy and character to the farm.

Ronja
Ronja is confident, clever and definitely has a mind of her own. She is an important part of daily life on the farm and adds her own unique energy to everything.

Our Chickens
Our chickens are a lively and colorful part of the farm. They roam freely, are always curious, and provide us with fresh eggs every day – along with plenty of small, funny moments.

Our Horses
Our Icelandic horses are at the heart of everything we do. Each one has its own character, and we take the time to know them well and train them individually. With care, respect and thoughtful training, they become reliable partners – whether in lessons or on riding tours.
